Received a letter from Zwicker& Assoc stating they are representing Cypress Capital Partners, assignee of MBNA for a charge off in 1998. I sent them a validation letter in Feb, 2004 and received a letter back March 1, 2004 stating they will review my correspondence and will contact me if a response is required. Haven't heard from them since. What do you think they will do next! I am in the state of PA
