Is there an SOL on old phone bills?

I have a charged off Ameritech SBC bill that has been passed from CA to CA over the years. On my CR's it says the DOLA is 6/98. I got a CRRR from the local courthouse today, but haven't gone to pick up the letter. I know that it is a summons, because I checked online and this morning and saw that they had filed a claim. Is there anything in the UCC that states that there is an SOL on old charged off phone bills (most of which was long distance?)
