Original creditors are not bound by the FDCPA, so the controls for CA's don't apply to OC's. However, if your friend tells the caller that they are not allowed to receive persoanl calls at work, then even the OC's are expected to adhere to being asked NOT to call work. What good does it do them if they get you fired ???
