I live in Nevada and plan on getting a divorce in a few weeks. I have almost all our debts on my credit cards and I mean like $10,000 or more. Is it illegal to go on the web on my wife's credit card account and balance transfer half our bills to her card, I mean so remorse by this since I'm leaving her with almost all our properity and she's in good with her car and I'm like $6,000 upside down with my SUV but I'm going to eat that. I'm not the cause of our problems but I'm not going to be mean about this action I'm taking but I do feel it should be fair. Thanks for your help
