she left off the "t"////but credit counseling looks worse on your report than a BK....be veryyyyyyy careful. anyone who says their own your side and can "negotiate" a lower interest obviously has some creditors in their pockets. tooo many pocket the money,...end up with lates and even COs on your reports..and make a worse mess than you had. you can do it yourself for free. i would watch this carefully and think hard before accepting or signing something. it also will re-age your debts.
