in the meantime, no one answered me about Bud Hibbs. I have been in contact with him and notice that he is linked to whychat's website. He too costs money to help me figure out what to do and get W&A off my back.

I simply would like this amount that I owe done via a negotiated settlement. but now that W&A has the account it seems to be impossible. they spin their wheels and intimidate- and probably cose MBNA more money than is necessary.

any way, I am listening to you C. and I appreciate your advice. but in the meantime I am still doing research- soo C, trust me a bit.

have you worked with Bud Hibbs? what are the results from hiring him? should I hire him? I want to know about Bud Hibbs and his credibility.
