What's wrong with hiring someone who has experience dealing with these issues? There's an awful lot of conflicting "advice" on these forums, it seems prudent to hire someone who actually knows what they're doing.

As for reading archives, sending a refusal to arbitrate - I did all that - they pushed through an arbitration anyway. Next step - gave the whole mess to my attorney. She made it all go away.

Hiring someone from the beginning to handle it for me would have saved me a lot of grief.

I'm not saying everyone should hire computerguy - I don't know anything about him. All I'm saying is pooh poohing someone just because they charge for a service doesn't seem logical to me. You do, after all, usually get what you pay for.
