sorry, I should have just said to try to negotiate what is put on the person's credit report.

to be honest, I do not know all the terms- but I do know that "Charged Off" is not good. and I was then assuming that "Paid in Full" would or could replace "Charged off." which in my book would be better.

do not mean to give wrong advise, just ideas to look into for further assistance to a situation.
