I am making my Answer by following this : http://www.nwjustice.org/pdfs/205.pdf (recommended by LadynRed and others) It says to "copy the names of the Plaintiff and Defendant just as they are on the Summons and Complaint." The problem is that the Defendants are listed there as and JANE DOE , husband and wife. I'm not married, so aren't I supposed to correct this in my answer? Also, there is a paragraph in the Complaint that alleges that "the defendants are husband and wife..." Shouldn't I deny this paragraph in my Answer?
