I have emailed Bud Hibbs for advice and he has always responded. W & A won an arbitration award against me. And added $3000. to what I already owed. I am now being sued by their NY clones Cohen & Slamowitz(W & A are not licensed to practice law in NYC)I have hired a lawyer and he has filed a motion to have the arbitration award dismissed because I did not agree to arbitrate nor did I participate in it. I was quite ignorant at the time, and didn't know what it was. I know much better now, but found out too late unfortunately. Cohen & Slamowitz will settle with me of 85%,how generous of them. Thats alot more than what I originally owed. No thanks, I'll take my chances in court.
