Cat is a regular here, and she has voiced the opinion of most of the regulars here elequently in her message. Yes, absolutely, if you can get an attorney, that is ALWAYS THE BEST WAY TO GO. Nothing we can tell you here can substitute for a good attorney standing next to you in court.
