Got green card back from cap1 but not ins.co. Never got an answer by mail on anything from cap1,just phone calls wanting pmt.I also emailed cap1 and was told by return email that I would have to call.I have all paperwork.I suppose I had better check with usps and try and trace my crrr letter I sent to dis.ins.co. If I can do that?I thought SOL in Wisconsin was six years.Last pmt I made was< I think it was feb02 or before.I will go back and check my checkbook to make sure.
