Could a CA claim that they have valid claim since they were unable to find me? This credit card "debt" is more than 11 years old. They claim the original credit and other CAs tried to locate me but didn't have correct address. THey found me now and say I must pay. I told them to buzz off and said I know in my state the SOL is 6 years and we are way past that. If the orginal creditor/CA can't find a good address would that make the SOL null and void?
