do you mean the doctors office wont accept money? is the amount low enough that you could pay it to them? then send proof of pay to the CRAs? just a thought...it sounds very frustrating!!!! what does the CA say when you call them? i can imagine a medical place would not have files. they never throw away a file. also , correct if im wrong, i dont think legally they can give your medical records to ANYONE without your signed permission. you may have them on this angle.
