What do you mean by "issued"?
Have you been served with a notice of claim?
If you are talking about an entered default judgment, when was the Court hearing, and did you get served?

Is it POSSIBLE that you are mistaken and you have received a notice of a claim that may be filed, or is threatened from a collection agency?
