many here will have more ideas and advice on the law. also who to complain to. i have a collection agency also to deal with..Triadvantage, who has done me the same way. we all have to keep fighting these illegal tactics and laugh in their face...while we sue them. check out whychats page and links...for consumer law in your state..and your rights under both state and federal law. please dont let them worry or scare you. you have rights under many laws. and welcome to the board!! its a wonderful place with help and support for all of us. :)
