i agree JK. SOL is only for law suits being filed. they can "try" to collect forever. they just cant sue for a judgement. after 7 years.. a negative must come off your report. if not, dispute as obsolete. yes, it can be verified if they have the proper paperwork, they CAN NOT sue you or threaten to past SOL.
