Are you sure that Sherman is just not collecting for Sears? I had a judgement against me from Sears also and the judgement was from sears and the law office and they had a lawyer collecting. I made payment arrangements BEFORE I went to court. I hate Sears, will never buy a darn thing from them again, won't even walk in the store! They are heartless! I tried to get help when I had financial difficulites and they would not help me. I paid what I could but it wasn't good enough apparently.
