Citibank, myself and the attorney General of Texas (i.m in AL & notified that AG also) have been discussing their tendency to call my place of employment on a continual basis after C&D, verbal "no calls at work", BBB, FTC and AG filings.

Well today I get a letter from the Texas AG with an attached response from Citi that they have searched name, address throughly and cannot find an accuont number for me - they need me to provide it!

Well that bill sure as hades got here some how!

What's this ploy? They actually charged it off during the AG's investigation. CR shows CO but still a balance owed - versus sold off.

Can't find an accoount? What the hell is on my credit report? Should I explain all this to the AG or just request this nonexistant account be removed from my report?

This is a new on on me!
