What State was the judgment filed in ?

Send the CA a validation/cease and desist/dispute letter. Go to my website linked under "Newcomers" (04/27 posting) to et opt out directions and form letter.

If the CA who contacted you refered to the judgment, add to the letter portion that asks for a copy of any judgment a request for proof that the judgment has been assigned to the CA, with the book and page # of the assigment.
