Answer by deadline, reply to all counts as 'Lacking Knowledge'. Your state determines SOL. Asset is good for filing time-barred suits on SOL debt, lying about same, claiming date they bought account is default date. Known as 're-aging', or 'running the statute'. Illegal, call FTC, file complaint. But first, determine if you're beyond SOL for your state. If beyond, then demand validation. AssXXXX will validate with usual crooked poop-sheet, another FTC violation.
If beyond SOL, you have solid defense. As well, contact Scott at Picantel4343@hotmail.com, he may have helpful insight. Trust me.
