Hey; I would greatly appreciate any advice out there. I'm a Californian and have about $100k in credit card debt. I can't file backruptcy I'm told because of the equity in my house and I can't refinance to repay either. I've talked to attny's,agencies, etc. They all want to set up escrow accounts and negotiate my debts to about 50 cents on the dollar for a fee of 25% of the amount saved. Any better advice? Thanks!
