Yes file an ID fraud report with the FTC & your local law enforcement.

You will be better off if you file this correctly, as up to now all you have been doing is batting your head against a wall.

Your credit will not be more adversly affected than it already is by a fraudulent judgment.

Perhaps if you had done this before, the Judge may have taken a different position , all he had was your representation that it was not your account. With no filed ID fraud report, he took the word of the creditor over yours.
