Have you contacted the attorney generals office? You can also contact the Federal Trade Commission, however, do not expect much as they are overloaded with complaints from months prior.

It does no good to talk to the employees of the NY clerk of court about Cohen and Slamowitz fictious summons & complaints, they will only tell you to show up to answer the complaint.

Most states will not allow attorneys to send out so-called summons and complaints without file or case numbers. Some of the C & S summons do not even include all of the pages of the complaint.

Just remember that this office of scum does most of their profits by tricking the consumer via their use of the clerk of court that is not functional and is prejudice to these bottom-feeders.

Try the Attorney General first and post all negatives at the Better Business Bureau. These abusive clowns need to have their licenses recinded.
