Right you are, burden of proof upon them. They'd love it if you'd answer affirmatively to their Counts. You won't, instead claiming 'Lack Knowledge'. Now they must spend time and money proving their case. Good they're suing for a low amount, might cost them more than they wish.
AssXXXX, as with most CA's, would sue for a penny. If memory serves correctly, there was a case last couple years, of CA suing on twelve cents. Yes. The Judge was livid. Dismissed.
Also, report hard inquiries to FTC, set fires all around these punks. Old military tactic, brushfires to serve as distraction. Wear your enemy down, so that he may yet leave you in peace.
