Hey guess what happened to me. They sent an information subpena to my employer claiming that I had a judgement against me for the amount of $00 and to answer all info about my salary, etc.
My lawyer had filed a motion to dismiss arbitration, and a case hearing is scheduled for early June. I received a letter from the court signed by the judge stating this fact. The this scum has the nerve to send this letter to my employer after I get notice of the case hearing?
How can I have a judgement against me if I haven't seen the judge yet. Even though it said $00, it still is embarassing. My attorney called them and they said to disregard it, it was a mistake. Are they kidding? Can I sue them for this?
