You had an account with Sears.
Sears sued you and got a judgment.
The ONLY way anyone can LEGALLY collect on this account is IF they would be able to release the judgment if you paid them.

The same scum scam CA "lawyer"wo was trying to collect from you (probably long after the judgment was entered) is trying again.

The ONLY entity that can LEGALLY collect from you and release the judgment is SEARS, if Sears filed the judgment.

Anyone else is a crook and thief and fraud, aka SHERMAN scum scammer CA.
