I'm the primary debtor on 2 c/c with Chase. My wife was an authorized user. Over the past couple of years Chase has made it a practice of calling my wife at work to see when the payment would be made. The accounts have now been charged off by Chase. As I understand it, the FDCPA does not apply to OC's, only 3rd. party collectors. Exactly what laws apply to the collection practice of the OC?
