It is NOT a good idea to "scare" people with horror stories about your own problems. When it comes to foreclosures it is a different situation than a cc debt, as any cc debt is unsecured.

If you were foolish enough to get a 2nd mtg. to pay off an unsecured debt, and suffered a foreclosure as a result, you should say so.
