I have to stop thinking about this. Now while driving somewhere this morning I've decided not to file an Answer to them at all. I'm going to go in tomorrow, file the appearance, and a Motion to Dismiss based on lack of evidence in their complaint. The more I think about it I think this is the best way to go since their complaint had no exhibits other than the one stating the bought this account. I take it they'll have to prove all of their charges in the complaint and that is all the stuff I'm asking in my request for production that I will send to them after I file the motion to dismiss.

If they ask for a continuance I will then go to the attorney I talked to on Friday who handles cases against these people all the time.

You know though with the black cloud that always hangs over my head (which usually has a silver lining that comes out eventually) I will be the 1 out of 100 that they decide to go all the way with.
