Try Cendant Mortgage Company. I got a no money down, 100% 30 yr FHA loan with them 4 years ago at 8% interest with NCO and Asset also on my credit reports.

I have recently refinanced with Citi Mortgage at 5 1/2 % for 25 years, without touching anything on my credit report.

P.S. I also had a bankruptcy which was 7 years old at the time of the original mortgage. I think you need to shop around.
