It is smart to be prepared to do whatever is necessary to protect your assets, before she is actually sued. There should be a way to do this with the advice of a good attorney. If you can protect your house, and make her judgement proof, she will less likely be sued. But,whatever you do, it needs to be done as soon as possible.
