I did file objections to their FRPs and motion to compel. They did respond with "after a diligent search, records where not found". I cited this in my request for summary judgment. I of course did try to find an attorney and the most affordable was $5000 bucks not including trial time. The judgment was for 4000.00. I was naively under the impression if it wasn’t me and they had no evidence to the contrary it would be easy enough to dismiss. The problem isn’t the law or my knowledge of it, the problem is the court was bought and paid for by Farmers Insurance. The judge didn’t even look at my opposition to their motion for summary judgment. I don’t believe contributing to another parasite would have done anything other than relieve me of more money. That being said I hope I win too. Thanks for your 2 cents though.
