These guys are completely unprofessional. calling up to 5 times a day, and the information you get from one rep to the next is inaccurate, or inconsistent. AND THEY ARE AS RUDE AS THEY COME, condecending and they sass you and interrupt you and insult you.
I had my identity stolen and i requested the documentation they had about credit card charges made in my name, and they refused to offer them, and then i asked a second time and they said i had to submit the request in writing...I could go on and on, but i am sure you have the idea. Be careful of these guys asking you to pay off a debt and not providing the proper documentation to prove you really owe anything. I think it may be partially a scam, but either way, these people are running a seedy agency, and i hope they all rot.
