Legal CC Interest Rates

Am from Atlanta, GA. Can you please tell me where I might find what the legal rate for credit card interest is in the State of GA. I cannot locate that info. The Bank in question if Cross Country Bank, which I believe is domiciled in Boca Raton, FL. Do I have to go by the legal rate in Florida or Georgia? Thanks alot for any assistance.
