I don't understand why if the CA wants to sue us, they must sue where we live. But if we sue them or a CRA, we can sue where we live, not where they are. Am I understanding this correctly, and if so, how is that fair? (Not that I'm concerned about being fair to most of these numbskulls, but ...)
