Why is it necessary to f-around with the letter campaign to CA's when a reasonable person should know that the scam they are pulling is BS? Why can't they just be taken to court as soon as they send out a stupid notice? Especially if they put any kind of tradeline on a CR. It seems like some kind of retarded game. There is power in numbers - if you use it. Class action law suits should be more frequent.
