Original Creditors do NOT, repeat, do NOT have to validate !!! Validation per the FDCPA ONLY applies to 3rd party debt collectors. They are within their rights to refuse and they are correct in that the ONLY way you can force them to produce documentation is thru a lawsuit and a subpoena !!

Doesn't matter what they do or do not have, they are not bound by the FDCPA. Stop wasting your energies trying to force validation on an original creditor - you will NOT win.
