OK, just curious about this. If I had not filed bk, and they got a judgement against me. I know that tenants by the entirety would have protected me from having my house sold at sheriff's sale. BUT, what if they had a judgement against me and something happened to my spouse? Would they then be able to force the sale of my house? I could not get a straight answer from my attorney on that question. Just say I lived in TN, and not Pa. Just say the equity was there. I own my home, no mortgage.
