Asset Acc....SOL? Whychat? Anyone?

I Just got the first letter from Asset Acceptance that they bought an old debt of mine and I am now their "new customer". According to my Experian credit report, this debt will be past my Texas SOL of 4 years on July 1st. BUT, my Equifax has the DOLA on this account as 2/01 makeing my SOL 2/05. What do I do? When July comes around can I just send a copy of the Experian report with the SOL letter? BTW. Neither date is really right. Dureing this time I was paying CCCS. Thanks for any help!!!!
