If your home had been exempt because you owned it jointly (TIA) with a non debtor spouse, and the ownership status changed, i.e. death divorce-- then yes TECHNICALLY a lien could be enforced against you and your homestead interest. HOWEVER, the laws on placing a "perfected" judgment lien against real property are VERY complex, and in general would preclude perfecting a judgment and recording it in the County where your real estate is if it is more than a year AFTER the initial judgment entry.
