Last week I was served with a complaint from Credigy Receivables. I don't know what to do... I know I have to have it answered, but don't feel like it is something I can do myself, but also don't have the money to pay an attorney! They state that they bought the account from First Select who says they bought it from Discover. I am still under the SOL for Texas. HELP!!!
