well, i have read and hunted and i cant make myself understand what the hell it means. i know what a lien is..i know what the homestead and all..maybe its that if its sold, they get paid? i need someone who can explain it to me 10 times in english! LOL. my house is mortaged anyways..to its limit..(dont ask)so a lien would do them no good. and in texas, you cant have but one mortage on a house. for 80%.
