if you know a lawyer as a friend or can hire one for just a short period of time........arrange to have the lawyer reperesent for your upcoming bankruptcy and refer the CA to him/her.......I hired one and was really thinking about filing but once the CA thought I was going to by talking to my lawyer they always go on to the next victim. No guarantees but this did work for me......1 year to go until SOL !!!!
