thats what it was, sweety. only a recording for the do not call list. the telemarketers numbers are computer generated. i saw one story where a "red phone" rang in a governors office. it is a hot line to the national security thing and he said it had never rang before. it was a telemarketer! rofl. they can get numbers, cause the computer generates them. usually one will be a real number somewhere. so ...just cause you dont give it out, dont mean someone wont get it. phone companies give out things, too. well, i dont know but thats who answers that number, :)
