no one can tell which or what a CA will do. if you want to be safe, take all but a few bucks out so they cant accuse you of hiding assets. i wouldnt close it completely. but they may very well freeze it. and they may not. my daughter has 2 judgements and no one still has touched her account. others, lose it even before the court date. i would definitely watch what i had in there.
