cleaning up credit report

When I divorced, I took the majority of our debt, then had to file bankruptsy. My husband took 3 accounts which were in both our names. One of those accounts is showing up on my credit report. The balance is quite high, and my ex is paying, but not much over the minimum. How can I have this account moved to his report and erased from mine? If it must remain on my report, is it subject to my prior bankruptsy?
