It is usually the last time you made a payment, but I guess it could mean the last time you charged IF you never made a payment after that. SOL begins when the account becmes deliquent. However, if the account becomes deliquent, and you make payments but never catch up (not able to use the card) then the DOLA would not necessarily be the date that starts the last transaction. Ignore the vulchers, they are more likely to move onto an easier victim. If you get sued, ANSWER WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME. NEVER IGNORE A LAW SUIT, THEY WILL GET A DEFAULT JUDGEMENT. Protect your assets NOW.
