You could have included it in your bankrupcy, and then they would have gone afer your ex. If you recently filed bk, you might be able to include it in the bk, but if you are already discharged, it is too late as far as I know. Sounds like you are stuck with it. As long as your ex is paying the minimum, it shouldn't be hurting you too much. Maybe someone else will have some ideas.
