the DOLA will show on your credit reports. but you are wayyyyyyyyyyy out of SOL..so quit worrying!! lol. if they are dumb enuff to sue you, you have them. totally. they have no shot. of course, get the proof. my guess is its not even on the CR by now. they fall off after 7 yrs. they just want to scare you. im sure they cant validate squat by now. hugssssss..a nice, new one for today!!!!:)i doubt anyone of the worst dumbest would sue you for this. they just buy them up and see how many they can scare into paying. opt out and make sure its off your CR also. dispute as obsolete.
